Easy Diet for Vata Pitta and Kapha

Diet is important in our life, but finding right diet can sometime be difficult. If you know your body type (vata, pitta or kapha) , here are simple diet proposals for you dosha.

Dietary proposals for vata-predominant individuals

Eat 3 to 4 little suppers day by day, in any event 2 hours separated.

Fuse bunches of cooked vegetables.

Keep away from nightshade vegetables, for example, eggplants, peppers, tomatoes.

Eat succulent, sweet products of the soil astringent natural products like cranberries and crude apples.

Minimum use of vegetables.

Eat a wide assortment of nuts and seeds (soaked preferred), particularly as nut milks.

Stay away from addictive items like sugar, liquor, and tobacco.

Stay away from nourishments that are crude, solidified, or very cold.

 

Dietary proposals for pitta-prevailing individuals

Eat bunches of crude vegetables and servings of mixed greens, particularly in spring and summer.

Point of confinement your admission of creature nourishments like meat, fish, and eggs.

Minimum use of  fiery nourishments, espresso, and liquor.

Minimum use of  nuts and seeds.

Eat vegetables and lentils in moderate sums.

Eat and drink dairy items, particularly those that have been improved.

 

Dietary suggestions for kapha-prevailing individuals

Minimum use of the amount of nourishment you eat.

Keep away from dairy and nourishments high in fat.

Minimum use of protein.

Eat bunches of verdant greens and vegetables developed over the ground (rather than root veggies).

Eat astringent natural products like apples, cranberries, mangoes, and peaches.

Minimum use of nuts, and seeds.

I have started my work as a Ayurveda general physician in clinics in Nepal. During that time I was also trained for Panchakarma and Ksharsutra procedures. After 2 yrs of clinical experience, I started working at a wellness resort , where I run a wellness programs mostly preventive, promotive and rejuvenative. I do Ayurveda consultation, pulse analysis to find prakriti (Body Type) and imbalances, and guide with different food, lifestyle and therapies.
