Nepal is a land-lock country with the lots of bio-diversity . We can have varieties of plants and minerals in the land with lowest (70M from sea level) to highest altitude of 8848 Meters.
Tools used in Ayurveda are all from the natural sources. The high range of altitude gives high range of herbs and mineral. We can easily get all the potent herbs in this land.
Ayurveda is there in every home and every kitchen. Knowledge of identification of herbs and its right use plays a major roles to uplift the general health status.
Addition to herbs, Ayurveda focus on food and lifestyle. And there are many things that we can learn from Himalayan lifestyle and food. More than the calories , Ayurveda talk about how to eat, when to eat, seasonal foods, food for different time in a day, speed etc.
I feel myself lucky to say my home is in Himalayas and share all the knowledge of Himalayas to the globe to help people balance their life.
